Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every shirt we make—whether it's a personalized gift or one of our standard designs. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item meets one of the exceptions listed below.


🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size (please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong style or design

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed, as it is immediately sent to production. If your shirt is produced in-house, we may be able to cancel or change it if you contact us immediately—but only if we haven't started production or ordered materials yet.


We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement If:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a printing error or defect

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The garment itself is defective (e.g. hole, tear, stain before wearing)

Note: Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


📸 How to Report an Issue

If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide photos of the issue (e.g. defect, misprint, damage, wrong item)

We need the photos to determine the problem and how best to resolve it.


💸 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • We’ll provide instructions for returns only if needed—most issues are resolved without needing the item back.


Refund & Replacement Timing

Once we’ve reviewed your claim and approved it, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
