Welcome to Witchwynds. By using our website (https://www.Witchwynds.com), placing an order, or interacting with any of our content, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

🛍️ Ordering and Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order, either in-house or through third-party production partners such as Printify.

  • Our in-house orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on garment stock availability. Printify processing times may vary and are outside our direct control.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only, based on information provided by the shipping carrier. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

💳 Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (via Shopify Payments)

  • PayPal

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

🚫 Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Product unavailability

  • Customer conduct that violates our terms

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If your order is being produced in-house and we have not started work or ordered materials, we may be able to cancel it if you contact us immediately after placing your order.

🚚 Shipping & Risk

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once your item is handed off to the carrier.

However, we will assist you as much as possible with any claims you may need to file with the carrier. This may include providing tracking details, order records, or product photos to help support your claim. Please contact us promptly if a problem arises.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

All of our items are custom made, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item meets one of the exceptions below.

We will issue a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item has a production defect or misprint

  • The garment arrived damaged during shipping

We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, along with photo documentation of the issue.

All content on this site—including our designs, artwork, logos, product photos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Witchwynds and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or repurpose any of our content or use it as the basis for derivative works. Unauthorized use will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law.

By providing your contact information (including email and/or phone number) at checkout, you consent to receive:

  • Order confirmations and updates

  • Promotional emails and offers

  • Abandoned cart reminders

💬 Customer Reviews

We welcome honest feedback and product reviews from verified customers.
We reserve the right to remove or hide reviews that are:

  • Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory

  • Clearly fake or unrelated to the product
