Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

At Witchwynds, every item is made to order—either by us in-house or through one of our professional print partners. Because of this, processing and shipping may vary slightly depending on the item ordered.


📦 Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per shipment.

If your order includes both in-house and externally produced items, they will ship separately, and each shipment will incur its own flat-rate fee.


🚚 Carriers Used

  • We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on what’s best for your order and location.

  • Shipping carriers are selected based on product type, size, and destination.


🕒 Shipping & Processing Time

  • In-house items are typically made and shipped within 1–2 weeks.

  • Externally produced items generally ship within 2–7 business days, and once shipped, typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • This means most customers can expect delivery of these items in approximately 4–8 business days after placing an order.

You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment as soon as it’s available.


🗺️ Where We Ship

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses (via USPS only)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🛍️ Local Pickup (Iowa Only)

Local pickup is available for in-house orders only. If you’re located nearby and would prefer to pick up your order, contact us at Becky@Witchwynds.com after checkout to arrange a time.


📫 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

  3. If you still can’t locate the package, email us at Becky@Witchwynds.com

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we will help you file a claim or resolve the issue with the carrier.


Expedited Shipping

We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but may add it in the future. If you have a time-sensitive order, reach out and we’ll let you know what we can do.
